Phantom 4 Advanced panorama sphere

Hello everyone, I’m new to DJI drones and was wondering when DJI is planning on updating firmware so that we can do panoramic shots in the app without doing it manually in post processing.

I haven’t been able to find out much info on the web or DJI’s website.

Last I heard DJI wasn’t focusing on a piano mode for the advanced. Which sticks considering they are marketed as having the same camera

I am hopefully getting a P4A in the next week and I am also interested in this potential firmware update for pano mode.

On the DJI Forum:

This link appears to suggest you can currently register for beta testing for P4A pano firmware update, just wondering if any of you had tried this option ?


In addition I see there is some interesting software I might have a play with for creating panoramic pictures called autopano pro apparently better than photoshop!
