Phantom 3

My phantom 3 professional controller updated okay, but the aircraft is not updating. Tried several time but did not update. You can fly the drone okay but no any live feature from the aircraft to my screen. It can only fly but can't see anything or even records. Need help. Thanks

You must update the firmware on the Phantom before the remote controller. Try downgrading your remote controller like this and then install the firmware by following these instructions.

I've had the same issue a few times. Once, I relinked my controller. Twice, I disconnected and reconnected the controller to IPad until it connected to camera. Also, after a recent crash, my video cable disconnected. I plugged back in and it worked fine.

Are there any error messages? "Disconnected"? Does "Camera" show when connected but when you press it, nothing happens?

Have you tried the latest update? It looks as if you have the next to the last one. Do you actually download to your SD card on computer and then load update in Phantom? Sorry for asking so many questions. Just want to help.
