Phantom 3 Standard Help!!

Not sure if there is another post on this or not, or if I’m posting in the right place. I updated my DJI GO app on IOS. I am using an iphone. When I go to the campera on the DJI Go app I can’t see any of the controls or buttons on my screen. I only have the camera settings, but it will not allow me to click on them. I still have a live and working camera feed, but that is it. I included a picture from my screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try uninstalling the app on your phone and reinstall. Sometimes that will fix it. What phone version are you using and iOS version?

This issue seems as if its becoming a common issue lately. Here are a couple of examples in the last few days:

Some of the issues seem to have been related to screen resolution FWIW.

I am getting no RC signal issue after the new Dji go app update. I don't know what to do:s

If you have no RC signal in the app, try relinking the controller to the aircraft.
