Phantom 3 professional troubleshooting

Hi all,
I’m busy trouble shooting a phantom 3 professional that hasn’t been used in a while. We have full control of the camera to DJI Go app, then it pushes out a Critical Imu calibration error on the screen. Any advice how to overcome this?

Forgive the obvious question, but are you seeing this error while doing a routine IMU calibration?

This error came up when trying to get the drone to take off, not while calibrating.

so then u must have thought to do the imu calibration that @Oso and @PhiliusFoggg said. did it work? sometimes u need to smack the top of the ac. sounds dumb i know.
