Phantom 3 Professional arrived! Some problems, though.

It flies well even in windy conditions today. However, I have 2 problems:

1. When I turn/bank while flying, the horizon tilts like a gimbal isn't even attached. I removed all the foam packing wedges. Gimbal works fine when I'm just hovering. Any thoughts?

2. I can't charge the battery after flying once. I only flew the battery to about 35% but when I plug in the battery, it blink green 3 times FAST on the lowest light and won't charge. Battery is very warm.

Please help.

1) you are in FPV mode.
2) you can't charge immediately, the blinking light means read the manual.

Have you got the camera set to fpv mode?
