Phantom 3 Gimbal Not Working

I have a Phantom 3 Standard and the gimbal isn't moving at all.. anyone know of a fix for this? I tried to find on in the thread

Please provide us with as much information as you can.
Did it ever move?
If yes, did anything happen between the last time that it moved and now?
Do you have a live picture from the camera on your device?

I am getting a live picture view but the gimbal wont move at all.. it dont move when i cut it on.. It did work at one time. i think a guy crashed it but i dont seen a sign of harm

I'm having issues with my gimbal's pitch as well. No errors anywhere and the gimbal calibration says successful but the camera doesn't move at all during the calibration. Can't control the tilt/pitch via the app or the controller wheel. It actually seems like the pitch control in the app is greyed out.
