Phantom 3 4K For Sale

I have a Phantom 3 4 k. I had a damaged Phantom given to me by an embarrassed owner who crashed it on his first flight. It was still flyable but I sent it to DJI for repair. It cost $350 but DJI sent me a new Phantom. Different Ser. No. I don't fly it. I have a Mavic 3 and an Avata. This drone has 51 minutes of flight time (8 flights) on it. Asking $150.00 shipped CONUS. Are you serious? I kind of doubt it, sorry. $150.00 for a nearly new Phantom 3 4K? Does it have batteries? Does it come with a controller? And....... what's wrong with it?
