Phantom 2 vision plus with GoPro hero 4 Black

Hello I have a phantom 2 vision plus, with zenmuse H3-3D gimbal. I have my gopro hero 4 Black on.
The problem is that my iPhone 5 misses the connection to the Go-Pro after about 30 meters if i use the GoPro app.

What do I need to use the vision app?
And where Can I buy it?

You do NOT have a Vision plus. You have a P2 (NON VISION). The vision series is a complete DJI package that includes a DJI camera and uses 5.8Ghz to control the craft. The P2 non vision does NOT include a camera and it uses 2.4Ghz to control the craft.
You will never be able to use the DJI vision app.
You should NOT be using the GoPro's wifi to get video. This will cause your Phantom to go berserko.
You need to buy analogue 5.8ghz FPV gear to get best functionality from your Phantom.
On the bird side, you will need, a video transmitter, mini IOSD, and an antenna.
On the ground, you will need a display with a built in 5.8ghz receiver.
