Definitely user error, you can see the yellow cable is pinched reducing the flow of electricity to the motor.....

I am JOKING!!! Thanks for sharing the video, an actual live ESC burning up. Others will ask, what version was the ESC, bird and others wise... Clarification will help the video on PP.
