If this issue is on here or anywhere on the internet... I must be blind and I apologize ahead of time.
I recently purchased my first DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ did all of the required and suggested steps before the first flight (All of the firmware currently shows up-to-date / Cal'd and Re-Cald also Advanced Cal'd after I noticed the issue) When i flew it the first time it flew great, all of the functions worked well and did everything it was supposed to except the camera would not tilt in either direction through the Vision app or the thumb wheel tilt. I have tried both modes to tilt the camera from the mobile app on both android phone and IPhone several times and it has yet to respond. When I turn the Vision 2+ on the camera seems to respond like it is supposed to and adjust itself to the correct position.
Everything looks like it is supposed to, no loose wires or any physical damage that I can see. The green light above the gimbal is on. I am not the most mechanically inclined, so I didn't really want to take it apart and start digging around unless necessary. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions for this issue? Like I said I noticed this on the first flight and have flown it two more times to see if the issue would correct it self but nothing seems to be working. I have contacted the Vendor and DJI to try to resolve this issue but have not heard anything back so far.
Please help
