Phantom 2 Vision+ + 3-axis Storm32 gimbal tuning

Here is my video with these PIDs, so Phantom 2 Vision+, Goodluckbuy Storm32 3-axis gimbal with dampers fastened with small zip ties and GoPro Hero 4 Silver. What should I change to get smoother videos and remove those up&down shakiness ?

All set ups are different as regards tuning the PIDs, I have used this gimbal, my Roll "I" term was somewhat higher at 650,but as I say they are all different,my other terms were similar.
The storm32 web site, which you have undoubtedly visited,as you have downloaded the GUI, has a tuning guide.
This youtube is also very well done.
