Well, it's not impossible but it would take a lot of time, effort and money to do it. Less complicated with the P2, the P3 is a completely different bird inside, very highly integrated. Honestly you're probably better off selling the P1 and finding a P2V or V+ on ebay or so. The other route for stabilized video would be a gopro, gimbal and fpv setup. There is always some type of compromise involved, in this case it's reduced flight time. Remember the P2 and P3 have batteries with over twice the capacity of the P1's stock battery.
