I do not understand. Do you mean the LEDs on three arms work but not on one arm? It is not likely there is any damage to the motor but you may have damaged the ESC module that controls if that motor does not turn on with the restwhen powered up.
By your brief answer i take it that only one motor and LEDs works.and the other three don't. Would that be correct? In any case you're going to have to open up the unit and check it out. What did you crash into? With three arms not working sounds like you P2 crashed in water.

If you key on the photo I sent you it will enlarge so you can where the wires go. The motors with either a black dot or black shaft are the CCW motors. I think you wasting your money if you are replacing the motors. You did not answer how you crash the P2 and into what but i suspect it was in water.
With the little information you have supplied it is impossible to help you.
Motor are very rugged But the ESC modules are not and they will burnout before the motors. So you will need 3 new boards but to be on the safe side order 4 boards
The link i will post are the boards that you will need and i suggest you order 4 of them. The problem you will have is finding them online in Europe is that not any dealers are socking parts for Phantom 2
