Phantom 2 controller light on RED all the time

I just bought my phantom 2. The controller light is always RED. I saw video where it should turn green

The RC controller light is always red. More info please.

Turned on the controller. the indication light turned red.. all the time

Download the Phantom Assistant Software, plug in your P2 and calibrate the controller. Give that a go

I think the video was on a Phantom vision, not a P2

I thought the same thing at first.

I had a P2V which I exchanged for the P2 due to poor video quality. The P2V remote had a green light but the P2 remote has a Red light. Works just fine.
