Having trouble getting a descent video in any size format using various micro SD cards class 10 uhs_1 and us3 since dji go update. The picture continually freezes or has whole sections blurred out feed to device not showing any issue Please Help

Could you specify, are you looking at the cached video on mobile or is the video on the card really freezing/blurred?

Hi there thanks for the reply it seems to be both the best results I get is viewing the video in the dji go app camera replay?. When I first used it I had perfect picture using a Sandisk 32gb card then I put in a 64gb Samsung class 10 card . I have also cleared the video cache files on the app and re formatted the cards I haven't updated the latest version of the firmware as it wouldn't work and was by others to not do it.[emoji26]

Have you looked at the video from the SD card on a computer?

Yes same issue will keep playing with the problem just hoping gimbal is all OK

Stick the sandisk card back in and see how you go- easy way to check if the Samsung card is the issue which seems like the obvious problem from what you have said.
