PC Ground Station Control

I have a six waypoint mission loaded to my P2. Once i take the P2 up to a nice hover is there a way to activate the the mission from the 2.4 remote?

So I think I click 'Go' on the PC.

Now I wonder how I stop or interrupt a mission and go back to the RC Remote?
