Or... dear DJI colleagues - how to buy it?

@dji colleagues: how about you? If I have a problem with controller like GL300K - there must be kind of ban for third-party flight planners like Drone Harmony, as we can install but cannot communicate with Drone! It ISN'T specified in manual so we purchased this more expensive version with high hopes for great quality of the screen and very good flight planner. No complain - we just need to BUY GL300L but none can ship it??? Perhaps we could exchange it into GL300L? No response from Dji is not a good business habit...
