I am new to Phantom 4 Pro but photographer by trade. When I go to settings on the remote controller selecting RAW I take photos but when I view them on my laptop or download them to "dropbox" or anything the format shows as JPG. Thoughts? Suggestions?

If you attempt to view the dng image files with software that can't read that format, it will show the small jpg thumbnail that's inside the dng file.
You can easily confirm by checking the pixel dimensions of the image.
