Yeah, the odds that the truck driver did this on purpose is real high. Driving as slowly as he was and being an experienced offroad driver as he no doubt is you spend a great deal of you time looking at the road ahead for sharp rocks etc. There's just no way the driver didn't see it and it looks like he purposely drove the tires over the drone. To be sure the drone pilots should have been more aware of the truck and maybe not left the drone in the middle of the road, but there's little chance this was an accident.
