P4P+ v1 Controller firmware question

I have been busy and haven’t used my drone in over a year. I checked the DJI site and it shows a firmware version of 01.04.03.00 for the remote. I have 01.03.06.00 firmware on my RC currently. When I click to check for new firmware it says I have the latest. I tried downloading 01.04.03.00 and installing via microSD, but it seems to “hang up” in the install process even after a pop-up that says it was installed. When I reboot the controller, still have 01.03.06.00. My DJI GO 4 is version 4.3.14(8-dpad).

Am I up to date? Am I missing something?

Are you hooked to WiFi when you’re downloading? My P4P+ sometimes signs itself out.

Yes, connected to WiFi. Have verified that.

I just checked my version, but I agree don’t sweat it if you aren’t having issues.

According to the Release notes you have the latest RC-firmware (v1.3.6.0).

Clearly this is wrong as I have a newer version in mine...
