P4P+ no map showing on plus controller

Hello all hope everyone is well and staying safe.
I'm sorry to ask but can I please get some help with getting the maps to return to the screen on a plus controller with built in screen.
I've tried YouTube and searched here but I guess I'm missing the fix.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand why it is people come here with a problem and expect everybody else to be a mind reader?

Then, anyone who is interested in helping has to ask a series of questions to eke out the details that are necessary to give a good answer.

I do have a reliable internet.
And I have the quad connected to wifi.
I am at home .
It will not give me a map view at all and it will not set a home point.
Please understand that not everyone here is as experienced as most. I'm just trying to get this back in the air and fly safe. I don't want to fly if i don't have a home point registered on the map.
It was working fine until a few months ago. There have been a couple of updates I've had to do. And now the map is gone.

It has to use the alternate maps, NOT google maps. Mapbox

I had mapbox working for several months but then it was gone.
I saw a post about a setting to cache maps while your connected to the internet but I cannot find it in the settings.
Have there been any firmware updates that have caused this issue.

I had heard horror stories about firmware updates so I held off doing the last one.
Look at the pictures I uploaded. On the controller the last firmware update fixed the problem. I had to turn the controller and a/c of and on a few times and so far its work.
