Aloha Gang,

Today I was flying over the ocean...and got quite a bit of mist ( I live on an island. one cannot avoid salt air)

I have searched google and this forum and the face book groups and have not really found beyond compressed air, any solid information about cleaning the motors on the P4P...

I'm wonder if with the battery out I could give them a fresh water rinse and then spray with an electrical contact cleaner like something from CRC?

Thank you in advance for your time.

I would be much more concerned with corrosion in all the many plug in connectors all around the main board and the connectors at the " Gimbal " !...the motors have a sealed bearing and no brushes......please wait till you get some more answers / reply's and take it from their.
