P4P gimbal serial number?

Where is the serial number for the gimbal? I need it to activate dji care. Thanks

I don't think you need it. I had the same problem with registering a Mavic....couldn't find a number, so left that line blank. Immediately after I paid, I had an email confirming my Service Agreement, and DJI had entered the Gimbal SerialNo.
Presumably they link the Aircraft and Gimbal serial numbers in the manufacturing process, but don't show the gimbal serial number on the box.

For some reason it's not letting me. When I go to dji website it doesn't say that the p4p is accepted for dji care

On DJI main page...click on Support at top, and you can follow it through from there.

I figured out the problem. Apparently there is 2 different page to activate. There is a dji care and dji care refresh which supports p4p. Thank you for your help.
