I was flying over friends new construction and testing previously set Waypoints and without warning she Fell like a Rock?!?! Battery was about 75% and making no sudden movements. Elevating the idea of a "jar'd" battery... Im pretty sure this is the correct flight log... Any ideas?? See attached?

these are all the flights I have for yesterday. some were successful so those may show nothing but one of these are FOR SURE the Crash file...
Also, All of these were in the Flight Logs folder... I also have some in my "Flight Records" file... am I sending the right ones or do you need the ones from the Flight Records file?

Im sure watching this thread.....whats going On with your drone is way beyond my help....and the greatest part of the drone owners here never do a UP date " IF " every thing is ok !......I have never done a up date....and don't plan on doing one either...I know that your going to get " HELP " here soon and get back to enjoying the times to fly again !
I agree with you motorcycle man. I bought a p4 new about a year and a half ago. I've never updated firmware ,controller or app. And it flies perfectly every time out. I've been reading threads over and over again about firmware failures and unstable flight after updates . I'm leaving mine alone and staying happy.
Just thinking were you flying with a " DJI brand battery " ? and also is it out of warranty (the drone) ?.....these drones don't just DROP out of the air.......like a rock unless all power is shut down Or a supposedly tight blade spins off or a few more good reasons !.....all four blades should always be checked for proper tightness " BEFORE " the flight of the day it only takes a few minutes to make it a safer flight !........i have marked all four blades with numbers at the hub 1 thru 4......when i go to check them......I always start at Number 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 !...That way I Never miss the check of tightness of a blade ! Drone Onnnnnnnnnnnn safely !......I'm happy that your falling LIKE A Rock drone never hurt any one or damaged private property !

It was painstaking but we just rolled back , way back. back when DJI was really on fire firmware. Had to buy a windows computer just to get it done as it was not flashing on the mac.
We may post a video of how we did it step by step , 1 painful hour at a time. Just kidding it was not that bad once we jumped ship to the windows computer.
We were also able to get back a few nice things. The whole drone now feels supersonic again: now were able to touch the clouds and or whip on home with turbo speed stress free. Priceless..
So yeah, You may not want to update ever as there is nothing good going forward only pain, lol
I'd love to see that vid if you do post it. Please PM me or reply if you decide to put one up.
