No ... you need to have a regular p4pro controller to be able to run mapping apps.
None are compatible with the + controller.
Can you purchase a regular p4pro controller to work with the drone that was purchased with a p4pro+ controller?

Yes .. the drone is the same and only the controller is different between the P4pro and P4pro+.
Some users have one of each to be able to do mapping - or you could sell the + model if you didn't need two controllers.
You would have to find an original controller and not the new V2.0 as they are not compatible.
You can often buy used controllers from people that have lost or crashed their drones.
It only takes a minute to link a new controller.
