Hi all, I'm a newbie to this site and indeed to drone flying, I recently purchase a refurbished Phantom 4 and really happy with it, only thing is I have taken a few videos and still shots and I have found 70 to 90% of the shots I have taken will not open on my PC, instead they return the following comments: "file not supported", "file corrupt", "file missing" or similar yet others open without a problem,. I have tried other cards including the original one that came with it. can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?? Marc

Make sure the pictures you are taking are in jpeg format. Perhaps your pc can't open raw files.

Also make sure to stop recording before shutting off the machine. That can corrupt the file.

Thank you to all that replied, I’ve worked out that it was an incompatible as card, all is well now
