P4 Won't Start Up!?!

Here I am at Subic Bay, Philippines. Charged up my batteries a few days ago in Canada & now when I plug the battery in & hit the button , LED's light up and then...nothing. If I hold for about 10 seconds, I get the rolling lights but then off again.
Batteries appear fully charged.
Need help or I hauled this P4 halfway across the world for nothing

Press once, let go and press and hold for about 5- secs and let go. You have to press it twice.

LOL, I think you have to have all your lights on before you can light up a phantom. I think you just had a little help to remind you it may not be a good time to fly. Fly safe and have fun.
