Thats very odd, you mean the controller is being recognized as an inspir?
My p4p has been doing that too. Try turning off the controller or disconnecting from app and manually selecting the P4 icon under the app.
The controller has a setting as well to change it as a p4 p4pro etc.
Im not sure to what extent you have looked into the issue/ DJI support may have already taken you through the usual steps.

Yes, it's seen as an inspire and won't connect.
DJI tech help told me to send it to them.
mines always seen it as an inspire...................just live with it
John1960, it automatically prompts me to install DJIGo 3, it will not even allow DJIGO4 to run. It's a dead stick.
