P4 was sent into the DJI North American Service Centre in Carson Ca, DJI prepaid shipping. After a week in transit and another week in review, I have received confirmation that the P4 has been repaired and is headed back my way...
Upon further investigation, a reported 'hardware bug' was deemed the result of the incident. A copy of the ensuing conversation with tech support has been included below.
