P4 Charging Dock Amber Light

Hey guys,
Good morning,
I have noticed when using my P4 charging dock occasionally I
Don't get the green light when a battery is finished charging,
I get the amber light but the charging of that battery has stopped and
Appears to be fully charged.
Anyone else notice this ??
Any ideas ??
