P3S YouTube Live Streaming issues

I don't know if its just me but I cannot figure out live streaming for the life of me. I have followed the steps as far as enabling it on the YouTube side of things but there is no option in the DJI GO app to turn it on! I am using a bone stock P3S and a note 4 as my device. Any help to get my live stream rollin would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
