P3p use same MB as P3s

Quick question here, does the phantom 3 pro use the same motherboard as the phantom 3 standard?

That's disappointing. Thanks though. I found a P3p for $60.00 but bad MB and was hoping they were interchangeable so it could be replaced with a standard MB.
