P3A PHONE RESTARTS DURING THE DRONE'S FLIGHT

Hello people.
can anyone please help me in this regard please? i have this problem while flying the p3adv. During the flight, the phone while connected to the remote controller, restarts or turns off by itself, while the drone can still receive commands from the phone. it is very critical because sometime the drone is out of visual range and its really difficult to bring it back in that case. any solution to this problem? the firmware and everything is up to date.

What mobile device are you using? Is it powerful enough?

Use the remote control to bring it home.

One doesn’t need phone to fly AC or control it - the RC connection is all that’s required. Flying beyond VLOS carries the risk of not being able to visually orient AC flight as you indicate, however you can cause the AC to return by simply pressing RTH button on RC. Cause of phone turning itself off - possibly out of memory, or not powerful enough to run the app would be my guess..

What mobile device are you using? Is it powerful enough?

thanks for ur reply sir.
im using samsung galaxy note5, i guess its powerful enough. this same issue happened once when i was using samsung galaxy S8.
