P3 tipped over

I have received 2 emails from DJI and I had an offer from the company I bought it from here in the U.S. to see what parts were salvageable and use that as a credit towards a new one!! Absolute and total BS. That being said, I went ahead and ordered another new one from Drone-world.com. They have exceptional customer service, they actually answer the phone and above all else, actually return a phone call. I have waited 7 days on DJI to long.
