P3 std and RC no longer connects after crash

I have been flying my P3 std without the camera. I just turn the RC on and the P3. To take off I push both sticks down and to the inside---props crank right up.

However, I crashed it the other day and now cannot get the two to connect.

Any help sure would be appreciated,
