P3 not responding

Just purchased my new p3a. The only thing that seems to work is the camera gimble pitch. Everything else just does not respond motors,app ect. Updated the firmware o.k. but still no joy.Any ideas?

take a picture of the controller with whatever mobile device you are using and post it here.

Hi i had the same problem i use a Samsung Note 4 and after i consulted the xda forum i disable KNOX from my phone and i was able to click the usb debugging option and it worked
