P2V descends, very little left stick

Hi guys, my bird after a bit of simple fly around, no speed, descends slowly and bounces of the ground. Give it left stick and it may or may not ascend, slowly and then stops.
Any suggestions?

Replied in the other thread, but will repeat here and maybe it should be deleted from there.

Have you flown without the gimbal, just to test if that's the problem?
