P1 motors won't start....

I have an original Phantom P1, but haven't flown it for the past couple years. I tried to start the motors a few days ago, but they don't spin up at all. I checked the batteries and they appear to be fully charged. When I power up the Phantom, it lights up and goes thru the startup sequence and eventually shows a blinking green light. It still doesn't start when i pull both sticks down in opposite directions.

Any ideas?

Not sure of a P1... , but on the P3 it is down and together not opposite..

Normal start is by pulling both sticks down and either in or out. Also, I don't know of any repair service in the Seattle/Tacoma area.
