One green, one red at take off. Will gps work?

Do I have to go green only prior to taking off for the gps to engage, or would it also work with one green and one red?

RE: from Manual:

The GPS works normally and signal is GOOD (≥6 satellite, the LED blinks a single red light or no red light).
So you are okay.
