Ok so how long should it take?

It has been 91 days since my p3p flew away from me due to a Deserializer Disconnected Hardware malfunction
Keep in mind that this drone was defective brand new in the box was sent back to DJI supposedly repaired and send back and yet they will not resolve this matter

Ideas? Suggestions? Anyone?
 
Nothing to add that helps, but your post is confusing to me.
Are you saying that DJI returned it to you, but something is still wrong with it?
 
yes when I bought the p3p it was defective in the Box the controller was defective would not pair. The video downlink was also defective
I determine the problem sent them back to DJI they evaluated agreed repaired and returned the same Phantom to me I still had problems with the video downlink it was spotty at best
That was in the beginning of the year June 30th she flew away
