Nvidia Shield K1 connection problem

After the latest Go app update my P3P will not connect to the Shield. Anyone else with this issue? Any remedies? It shows disconnected with grey screen. The tablet is running Nougat.

Many people are experiencing issues when running Nougat. Try downgrading to Android OS 6.
