Finally down loaded my latest firmware, downloaded from computer, loaded on drone, waited 20 min., 40 min. Nothing, went back, deleted, reloaded, still nothing ????

Make sure the Firmware file (.bin) is copied to the root of the card.

And assuming the .bin is in the proper location, and it still does nothing, then the bird doesn't need updating. You can check the log file on the SD card, and it'll say "ABORT"
