Not DJI Intelligent Battery！

Getting this today after I landed in the water, only thing in water was the compass area it was very shallow.. but now the bird seems dead.. the battery comes on and does its sound and flashing lights, after the sound is gone no more lights on the phantom. Plugging it into rc assistant spits out Not DJI Intelligent Battery！and Im only able to see this in the software http://grab.by/w2fe

any thoughts ideas? seems dead jim if so does anyone have exp with sending in their phantom to the LA offices for repair?

ok here is a pic.. i was up to my crotch in swamp mud and had to crap, walk , ninja tip toe to this and back , which was almost several 100 feet away :/
