No video output from controller p3a.

Need help no output from video module. Dji no help

There is no video output on the remote. Unless you installed the HDMI module. If so, you need to enable dual output in the controller settings.

I did that It still doesnt work. The controller knows its plugged in cause my ipad screen goes dark. I turned it on and ipad comes back on but no feed to goggles?

I installed video module. Turned on dual mode still nothing

The iPad shouldn't go black. That's why it's called DUAL output. You might have done something wrong when you installed the HDMI module. Check your ribbon cables. One is probably not seated correctly or torn. You may have to check both ends of the ribbon cables.
If that's not it, send it in to DJI. They will fix it for a fee.

The ipad comes back on when i turn on dual mode but no pic on goggles ill try to reset ribbons hope that works. Thanks
