No image transmission

Hello All,
My friend has a p3 pro and the gimbal is not transmitting video and won't record but turns on and stays steady do I need a new ribbon cable. It was in a crash previously I think.

I didn't c the rest of your text..it could very well be the ribbon cable..a crash would definitely damage the ribon cable

Have you tried re-pairing the remote? There are youtube videos on this.
