No camera image

I just received my phantom 3 and flew it, however I have no video image on my pad showing from the camera. Am I missing some stupid button that I am supposed to press to receive an image? Or is this a problem? I can control the camera body.

Did you press record on the app when you flew?

Is the pad plugged into the controller with a usb cable?

I have no picture to have tried to record. My understanding is that when you open the app and all is turned on I will see what the camera sees

Got it. Tablet was apparently not compatible. Works with my Samsung S6
