No Batt Detected after Firmware update

I recently attempted an update of the Remote and the Drone, after the attempt the red gimbal light keeps flashing, now getting battery NA message but both my batteries are genuine , and i could never get the updated firmware to install successfully. It always ends with the red light and continuous beep to signify failed. But when i check the go app its shows that the firmware is at the latest. I tried the hold the button method and force the reinstall after reformatting re downloading and simply using all 4 of the available micro sd cards i have. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Keep RC off while updating drone and see if you get success.
