No animation on flight siumalator

Everything works on the flight simulator but there is no camera view animation. The map i there, and everything seems to work but I it is as if the lens cap was on. I hava a Samsung Galaxy 7 and installed DJI to go yesterday. It's a new Phantom 3 Standard that has never been used.

I have the same problem. Just got mine 3 days ago and haven't had time to take it out, or bad weather. I'm using a Gooogle Pixel XL running Android Pie. The drone moves around on the minimap but the screen view is black. The user interface is all there, but no animation. I updated the firmware before trying the sim.

I haven't tried the simulator, but I would assume it's because it's a simulator so you won't get a camera view... no camera to actually view anything.

Itried and older phone running Android marshmallow, and it works fine.
