I used to live near there, Arapaho and Parker Road in Fox Field
You must work downtown or up north, that's what it would take for me to move from Foxfield to Arvada! Lol.

The wife and I both work from home and wanted somewhere with a little bit of land a smaller old 1950s house with no mortgage no HOA and a nice view, our kiddo is all grown up and she moved to CA so really this was our downsize last move type of deal. Arvada wasn't really a plan, house inventory for what we wanted is somewhat limited and that's where we ended up. I always used to call Arvada "FarVada" LOL. We've lived up here 2 years now and the only reason we've needed to drive south was IKIA not long ago, which was a mistake, that place sucks
