Bought a used (ebay) P3A. Having intermittent issues with the gimbal. Sometimes it will not level in flight. However, if I shut the bird and RC down, move the gimbal around to make sure it's free to move, then fire it back up it will sometimes work fine and produce buttery video. Have been getting gimbal overload errors, but seems to be related to something preventing gimbal movement, like grass. Is this something I should be concerned about and plan on replacing the gimbal? Thanks.

Checked the IMU (it didn't need calibrating), cleaned (with canned air) and calibrated the gimbal, took the Phantom for a flight yesterday and it's still acting up (won't level, jittery). See video.
